Booking Policy (Payments & Cancellations)

Online Payment Methods

Service Fee:

  • PayPal: +5% PayPal Service Fee applies.
  • ABA (KHQR): No service fee applies.
  • Crypto (USDT / Blockchain): If a transaction blockchain fee applies, it must be covered by the sender.

 

Payment terms:

🟢 FREE Cancellation

Early Bookings (96 hours or more before the trip)
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email with Confirmed (Accepted) status and payment link. Failure to complete the payment within this period may result in booking cancellation.

Last-Minute Bookings (Less than 96 hours before the trip)

The “Free Cancellation” payment term does not apply to last-minute bookings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancel free of charge 96 hours before trip to receive a full refund.*

If canceled later or in case of no-show, the payment is non-refundable.

*PayPal fee is non-refundable.

Early Bookings (96 hours or more before the trip)
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email with Confirmed (Accepted) status and payment link. Failure to complete the payment within this period may result in booking cancellation.
Last-Minute Bookings (Less than 96 hours before the trip)
Payment must be completed within 3 hours of receiving the confirmation email with Confirmed (Accepted) status and payment link, or before boarding — whichever comes first. Failure to complete the payment within this period may result in booking cancellation.

You can cancel anytime before the trip. A $20 cancellation fee applies. The rest will be refunded.*

If canceled later or in case of no-show, the payment is non-refundable.

Note: The “Cancel Anytime” payment term does not apply to Business Class, Premium Class, Premium Class Van, Bus, or Coach vehicle types, and may also not apply to pickups from remote locations.

Cash – Secured Payment Method

Payment terms:

🟡 Cancel Anytime

Early Bookings (96 hours or more before the trip)
A deposit payment of $20 USD must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email with Confirmed (Accepted) status and payment link/details — online via PayPal, Crypto, or KHQR — to secure the booking. Failure to complete the payment within this period may result in booking cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid in cash directly to the driver upon boarding the vehicle.


Last-Minute Bookings (Less than 96 hours before the trip)
A deposit payment of $20 USD must be completed within 3 hours of receiving the confirmation email with Confirmed (Accepted) status and payment link/details — or before boarding, whichever comes first — via PayPal, Crypto, or KHQR. Failure to complete the payment within this period may result in booking cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid in cash directly to the driver upon boarding the vehicle.

No deposit or prepayment is required. 

The full amount must be paid in cash directly to the driver upon boarding the vehicle.

Last-Minute Bookings (Less than 96 hours before the trip)

No deposit or prepayment is required. 

The full amount must be paid in cash directly to the driver upon boarding the vehicle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

You may cancel free of charge at any time, as long as you inform our support team in advance. This policy is based on mutual trust and is intended for responsible use only.

If you fail to inform us in advance or do not show up, penalties may apply, and your name may be added to our internal blacklist for future bookings.

Note: The Cash – Flexible payment method is manually approved by management and is available only for loyal or trusted customers.

The “Cancel Anytime” payment term does not apply to Business Class, Premium Class, Premium Class Van, Bus, or Coach vehicle types, and may also not apply to pickups from remote locations.
